I have an 8 year old daughter. She is suffering from wheezing often. Too much of physical activity, sudden change of weather triggers this for which we give her'duolin' nebulization. She also does bed wetting sometimes. Can you suggest some permanent advice?

20 kgs at12 months is too much. It itself may be a cause for wheezing. Reduction of weight may improve wheezing. At present inhalers are the treatment of choice for wheezing.

Hello doctor, My 3.5 year old son has allergic cough .he has been taking montair lc syrup 2.5 ml daily from last one year .even now if I miss the single dose he coughs endlessly. doctor suggest me to stop this syrup but when I stop giving him that he gets congestion and coughs badly.

You can go for homeopathy with this antiallergic slowly you can skip antiallergic slowly. In allergic condition you need montek lc it's must. No harm. At the age of five this cough start resolving as pulmonologist stated.

Female age: 18 height: 5’7 weight: 65-67 kg on 26 june 2022 I threw up blood for the first time (fresh blood and just containing blood, no sort of fluid but only fresh red blood) within some minutes I got severe chest pain and it was unbearable kept throwing since that day to this day. I was admitted to the emergency room they told me it happens sometimes so they let me go. At the start I used to throw up around 7-11 times in a day, I was admitted in the hospital again. The doctors thought it would be a tear so they started giving me medicines for that. My blood tests showed that I had blood deficiency and a bit of inflammation, I got almost all tests done and the doctor could’t catch the cause for all this. I did an endoscopy and they diagnosed me with mild gastritis but nothing that severe that would cause me bleeding. The doctors recommended me to get a chest xray, they had their doubts about my lungs so they started treating me with medicines for that. The medicines didn’t help and it didn’t stop my bleeding. I then went to an ent and he did my nose and throat endoscopy, he diagnosed me with a scratched throat and said it was probably because of that that I was bleeding. The ent gave me another course of medicines and they still did not help me any way. After that the doctors had doubt that I may have blood cancer but all the tests for that were clear, then there were doubts about liver problems but my liver was healthy as well. So they kept on treating me for problems within my lungs, I stopped taking those medicines and iv lines cause they did not work. My doctors told me they had no idea what was wrong with me and they were’t even sure if they had made the right diagnosis. Since that I have not went to a doctor nor am I taking my medications anymore. Symptoms:⁃ throwing up blood 2-4 times a day ⁃difficulty breathing ⁃chest pain ⁃dizziness and fatigue ⁃body pain⁃stomachache ⁃difficulty swallowing and eating ⁃headaches ⁃nausea medical history:⁃march 2019, left side brain hemorrhage things that make it worse -eating meat ⁃eating spicy food ⁃exhaustion ⁃working too much (playing, running, walking for a bit too long, etc) ⁃stress ⁃high altitudes type of pain:- sharp pain right in the middle of my chest (feels like a pointy nerve pain, that's the best I can explain)

I delivered my baby 5 weeks ago and is now a breastfeeding mother. During pregnancy I had slight stuffy nose, but it led to severe nasal congestion and post nasal drip after 2-3 episodes of acid reflux while sleeping in the night. I am eating montair fx and using isotonic saline spray to alleviate the symptoms. Please advise if I can continue with montair fx in breastfeeding and how many days should I eat to get relief. I did nasal endoscopy also and the reports were normal and there was only inflammation of nasal passages which the doctor suggested could be from pregnancy rhinitis or allergic rhinitis or non allergic rhinitis or inflammation from acid reflux. Health Query

2 weeks ago I delivered my baby. During pregnancy I have started nasal congestion and depending on the otrivin adult drop for 6 months continue. Now congestion still persists. Please suggest some medication for reducing inflammation. I have done endoscopy, there is nothing except swelling (hypertrophy turbinate. One ent prescribes only montair fx and steroid sprays, which are not working. I want to withdraw otrivin.

I am 20 years old male, from several months i'm facing digestive issues, sometimes I get loose motions and if not that, the stools are mostly in liquid state, and on a regular basis I have mild stomach pain after I eat anything especially when I eat anything spicy or outside food, the next day itself I get loose motions and because of that my body is also losing weight, i'm now 49 kgs when last checked and my height is 5 ft 7 inches so i'm under weight also, I had shown it to my physician and he had given me medicines for a month for indigestion, acidity and also for worm issues but still the condition is same, I had also done sonography of my abdomen but the sonography report was completely normal, I had also had my blood tested and in the blood report many essentials like haemoglobin, etc were below the margin level, Dr. please advice what should be my next step? Should I show this to any gastroenterologist or to whom?
