Weight loss will help in reducing your joint pains scientific weight loss is about 2.5 to 3 kgs a month. You need to improve your lifestyle and follow a healthy diet for 6 days a week. No pills/ tablets/ powders can lose weight until n unless you're focussed on healthy eating & lifestyle modifications. Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day.
