Hi, There is some kind of hormonal imbalance. kindly correct your diet. Reduce the consumption of outside food. Increase your intake of water, Fruits and vegetables. Have a well balanced diet and small frequent meals every 2-3 hourly. Reduce consumption of processed, Packaged and bakery, confectionaries, like bread, biscuits, cakes, ice-creams and chocolates. Still if the problem persists then consult your doctor.

First of all, you are 'slightly underweight' as your bmi is 18.3. Besides, your ibw range is 54 kg - 59 kg. Change your cooking oil to cold pressed mustard oil/sesame oil. Limit your dairy intake. Start having dry fruits esp. Walnuts & almonds. Do have red grapes, cherries, blueberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and apples.

pls mention your height, medical condition (if any) so I can guide you further regarding your daily calorie requirement. Meanwhile you can avoid food high in sodium and sugar to manage your weight. As you said you are burning 600cal per day that's very good amount ,if its done properly with diet you may loose your desired weight in 2 month approx. Without loosing muscles.
