The body will loose that much calories only as it is required if you are going to run more to burn calories then it will be going to harm you so its better to maintain constant run daily so that body can loose constant calories.

What are other symptoms that you r having. It can be because of wrong eating habits.
Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. You should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. Yes you can. But cheat day/ sugar cravings means your diet chart (?) is not perfect. Otherwise you should not have such cravings or fear. It also means when you will stop this special diet, you r prone to gain weight. As you r not satisfied with your present diet. Do this
