Hi lybrate-user. 48 kg is not much for 5'3 height. Ideally it should be 50 to 55 kgs. Irrespective of age or height everyone of us should have a habit of physical activity or exercise to have good weight that is muscle n bone weight and minimum fat weight.
Weight is not complete indicator and do not get influenced my models, actresses and media they are inculcating unrealistic thiness and body images in impressionable minds.
Just remember 5 habits to keep you fit and not thin or fat!

No need to take liv 52. Also what supplements are you taking. What exercises are you doing in gym, for how much time n how many days a week. Take any seasonal fruit 15-20 mins before starting exercises. And take a banana n whey protein within 10 mins of finishing your exercises.

Hey lybrate-user,
if you are hitting a gym and not taking proper diet there are more chances of muscle loss. And that can show you weight loss because weight includes fat ,muscle mass, water in our body etc. So I will suggest if you are hitting gym regularly you should concentrate on eating well balanced diet to avoid muscle loss.

1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (30 mins after taking your thyroid medicine). 2.
