U can try this -

As per your age n height your ideal weight should be 47.6 kgs. But as per who (world health organisation) every female after the age of 20 should have minimum weight 50 kgs. So if your muscles mass is at higher side you can sustain 50, on the contrary if your fat mass is excess than you have to be at 47.6.
