Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). Hi, give a well balanced diet and enough physical activity. Give 6-7 meals a day. Every meal should be balanced in terms of carbohydrate, protein and fat. Give healthy snacks in between meals like nutritious ladoos made of flours, nuts, ghee and jaggery. Chikki of chana peanut, til. Fruits like mango, chickoo,banana milkshake. Sleep of 10-11 hours is very crucial to gain muscle and weight.
