Both are good for weight loss, 70% diet and 30% exercises are good for reduce wait ,firstly you should maintain a healthy diet.
Do's- use skimmed /tonned milk (300) ml daily
curd and paneer made up by the single tonned milk use olive oil, sunflower oil, mustard oil in the cooking use 5 soaked almond and 2 walnuts in the morning before 11 am
drink 8-10 glass of water daily
15-30 minutes walk is advisable.
