hello gud morning mam,can u pls share about your dietary pattern from morning till dinner with timing,how much water intake per day,r u doing work out daily,weekly/monthly/rarely,what do u do for reducing stress,how much time sleeping in night time,is it sound sleep or disturbed?? mam no pills or supplements will be the ultimate solution or give instant solution,it may put side effects later on your body organs,so pls cautious and always go for a natural way.

You can try this -
1. 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). Or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't drink water before meals.
