There is no easy way to lose weight. Adding or eliminating any one food item will not help in losing weight. Stil you should restrict sugar in your coffee. You have to exercise and eat healthy to lose weight off. Start by cutting out rice, baked items, bread, sugar and oily foods from your diet completely. Hi Lybrate User! Not more than 2 cups of green tea should be consumed for the day as excess of it could lead to acidity. Green tea could be taken anytime of the day but please have it in between meals and not with meals as it can interfere with absorption of nutrients. It does help in increasing metabolism and burning fat but its not the only thing that will help. You would need to work on your diet and exercise as well to lose weight.

1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). 1) so question is HOW BMR DECREASED…. BMR is mainly depends upon functions of LIVER, THYROID, PANCREASE, and PITUITORY GLAND,

Drinking before meals will reduce'jathhragni' or say weaken digestive juices and slowly the ou would start eating less. But that's not healthy trend.
Better to keep'agni' balanced. It's by herbal management. Lot of liquids should be drunk including juices, lemon etc.
Regular exercise, pranayam, meditation, walks and right diet is what you need to quench the inner desire.

All type of exercises can be classified under two broad headings:- (1) HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training (2) LISS or Low intensity Steady Stamina.
