Green tea is obvious choice as it has lot of antioxidants. But you can take normal tea or coffee also.the main aim is to take any three with water only don't add milk or sugar. Try to enjoy tea, green tea or coffee wothout sugar or milk, generate a taste for this, it's quite good. I myself used it. Best of luck

Green tea antioxidant rich but does not helps that much in weight loss. For weight loss you have to follow low carbs diet with high protein diet and you have to avoid wheat, rice, pulses and sugar and any item made from these items like daliya, poha, corn flakes, oats, biscuits, namkeen etc. Strictly during weight loss because all this foods are rich in carbs.
