Hello lybrate-user,
so you want vascularity, it simply means decreas your body fat or water retention so veins can be visible. But how.
So, do your workout as you do, after workout do 15 min. Cardio session
eat raw vegies atleast 3 times in a day
eat more protien and less carbs and very very less fat.
Or if uwant to know about supplements then go for l-carnitine or nitrix. But if you can do naturally then its best.

The best sources of protein in the diet contain all the essential amino acids in ratios that are appropriate for humans. In this regard, animal proteins are better than plant proteins, which makes perfect sense given that the muscle tissues of animals are very similar to our own tissues. We recommend daily intake of 56 grams per day for men and 46 grams per day for women, varying between individuals based on age, body weight, activity levels and some other factors. Protein powder should definite...more

Hye,
Thanks for the query.
Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine.
It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help.
Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps weight gain.

Hye.
Thank you for your query.
Just adding supplements without high intensity workout and a healthy protein rich diet is a waste.
You are just burdening your kidneys and liver.
Taking a liver tonic will not solve it.
Taking supplements is justified if your diet is good and your workout is intense. Taking two supplements is not recommended and will in no way give you any additional weight gain.
