Hi lybrate-user,
Whatever we consume ,is absorbed in blood and utilize by our whole body thus we will see difference in facial mass only after gaining 3-4 kg body weight. To gain only facial mass, regular facial massage (of 20 minute, just prior going to bed) with freshly cut Aloe vera gel (according to skin type ,you can add drops of lemon juice or badam oil) will help. As it is very rich in antioxidant and carries very good hydrating capacity. It will leave your skin soft, chubby with even...more

Dear lybrate-user, thats good you're concerned. I expect to see it more often. You can start by enrolling yourself at the gym, if youre already working out then great. Step 2, lift heavy and use performance enhancers like creatine monohydrate and cycle it with clean carbs. You will get a shredded look with proper guidance. I personally train with a lot of my clients here in chicago. They started off really thin but over a period of time they've gotten better and bigger. So good luck!

Hi, weight consists of 4 elements like- muscles, fat ,bone and water. Each element is essential for the body and can be measured by doing a body composition test. A diet high in processed food, saturated fat and fried items with sedentary lifestyle can increase fat mass so the abdomen and lower body can increase. Whereas increase in dietary proteins along with a balanced diet and physical activity can increase the muscle mass giving hypertrophy effect in the arms and legs.
