Reading in mobile gives very straining in eyes. If you cannot have it on paper then at least get a large screen tablet. Which can help in less eye straining.
Also wear a good protective glasses whiler reading. Even you don't have numbers.
Take at least 10-15 mins of break after couple of hours.
And give hot and cold compressions.
Take homoeopathic medicine ruta q.
