Lockdown ke karan kafi logo ko depression or anxiety ke symptoms ho gaye hain. Koshis karke unko thoda physical exercise aur unko busy rakhne se padhna, ya jo unhe accha lagta ho us se better honge. Agar us se theek nahin hai to dawai bhi dee jaa sakti hai. Sugar or heart ki medicne dete rahein or sugar check karwaye

shruti ji its really serious matter. but belive me your husban d is normal he does't have mental condition . due to some unaspected stree . all those thing happen. may be your husband thing you can make happy to her mother when he was outside. there may be also chances to dendency from your mother in law she doesnt fell happy when you both are happy. finally its irritating frequently in short time. just hope your good time will come soon.

Stop caring too much.
Always smile back or laugh at people trying to depress you with their words or other activities. It will help you to avoid them and enhance your confidence. Do not forget to make eye contact :p.
Listen to your favourite music and spend your free time with your parents, because at the end only your parents will support you in your good / bad times.
Try to hangout or have walk with your pet if you have one :). You will learn what unconditional love is! you will fo...more
