Since its (polyp) more then 5 mm, better to get removed surgically, ayurveda have medicines and panchkarma treatment too for it but it take long to get visible result. Since that place rt upper side below rib cage is site of gall bladder it pushes liver so you experience pain in that perticular area.

Polyps tend to recur ,plan for pregnancy immediately after polypectomy.
To prevent polyps recurrence progesterone is given in cyclically manner. You can take tab duphaston 10 mg twice daily from for 10 days from 15th day of cycle. While taking duphaston you can plan Pregnancy.

A polyp of less than 5 mm definitely does not require surgery. You should get an ultrasound done every 3 months to see if the polyp is becoming bigger.

If you have done hysterectomy then periods will not come. I think your doctor must have explained it to you. And you cannot become pregnant either.
Better Consult your doctor.
