It can be because of sinusitis or dns or adenoids or allergic rhinitis etc. I need details of case. In the meanwhile do this 1. Do saline gargles daily.

You can't go for incomplete treatment. You have to go for complete upper and lower braces .else there will be gaps which will not be solved. Later and you will not like the outcome of the treatment by treating doctor. Let the dentist decide what he has to do to give you complete allignment of teeth.
