See multiple vitamin is just a supplement which is usually given to those who are deficient with some vitamins ok so taking multivitamins without deficiencie can make some problems. I would suggest you to have a balanced and healthy diet drink plenty of fluids and you are good to go .no need to take multivitamins.

Hello mam if you are taking more vitamins. That doesn’t sounds good unless you have certain deficiencies of vitamins and minerals please do the regular body check up and than rule out the any deficiencies.
