Your b12 is in the normal range, though you must continue with oral b12 for another 3 months. You can add a bcomplex containing b1. Please also check for hb, blood sugar and thyroid levels.

No vitamin kills the other sir. Probaly your diet is insufficient in vitamon b12 and the dose in most multivitamins is not sufficient to countract it. Please share your b12 levels and consult.

Need patience as it's a long term treatment at least 2-2.5 months with follow up.
B12
inj neurobion forte one ample intramuscular alternate day for ten days means five inj. Than one inj biweekly for three months total six inj.
Add eggs, green vegetables, fruits.
Vit d3
calcijointd3 one sachet or tab twice a week for eight weeks followed by one sachet per month for six months.

Please get a cbc, lft and kft done. Also share any other diseases she is suffering from. One needs to find the cause of excess b12. Correcting the cause will bring the levels down. As such the high levles are not be as concerning as the cause for the increased levels.
