Hi, i underwent full body diagnosis recently and there are 24 different parameters which are either way outside the normal limit or just touching the border line. the concerning factor is low vitamin-b12  (101 pg/ml), low vitamin-d (13.08 ng/ml), low globulin (1.7 gm/dl) and high homocysteine (23.69 µmol/l). The boundary cases includes low amylase, high ldl, low hdl, high direct bilirubin, high albumin, low sgot/sgpt ratio, high uibc and tibc, low creatinine, high uric acid, low tlc count, high rdw-cv and rdw-sd, high monocyte and eosinophil, low basophil, low anc (absolute neutrophil count), low esr, low ferritin. Am 33 years old and spend 16-17 hours in front of my laptop while sitting on bed. My average sleep from the last couple of months is 5.5 hours. I consume all possible healthy diets like fibre, green veggies, milk products, dry fruits and juices. Other than that, I consume tea 4 times a day and never do breakfast (just tea and 2 biscuits) and directly jump over to lunch at around 12 pm and then I have my dinner at 8 pm. No physical activity is involved. Even after having such a diet, I have a super deficiency of vitamin-b12. The other results were not as shocking as this one. i usually consume rantac every other day to avoid heartburn and indigestion. Also, I feel chest pain at times (might be gastric pain). I have a fatty liver and am a bit overweight due to the fact that I do not walk at all. Being at home under this pandemic, I stopped even that 20-30 min walk that I used to perform while at office. Even a small argument leads to high bp (190-200) and my hands start shaking that time.  please guide me what needs to be done. Based on the boundary cases in my diagnosis, should I undergo liver diagnosis or celiac disease or leukemia cancer diagnosis?

I think the way you are taking food is very wrong. First make thiz rule in life never skip breakfast bcz in night when your body sleeps all our organs are working. And we have long hour fasting in night. So mrng bf is must to give petrol to our body. All your problems started from here only. Secondly you giv long break between lunch and dinner in thz situation for long hours fasting we loose only our muscle mass not fat loss. That's why you are facing all thiz issues. Now also it can improve add...more

Vitamin deficiencies can cause neurodeficit and hence abnormal sensation in the legs. I don't think it's hiv unless you have other symptoms. Vitamin d and b12 deficiencies shall require supplementation with oral tablets.

Dear user, ferrous fumarate has to be taken on an empty stomach for best absorption but if you have any gastric issues you can take it after food. The b complex and vit c capsules can be taken after a meal. You can consult me for more doubts and medications regarding this online by clicking on my photo and booking an appointment however, if you found my answer helpful, please leave a thanks /positive feedback as it helps me with my practice. Thank you.
