It depends on your lifestyle and your workout, if you take supplements but not doing that much workout, it going to put load on your kidneys, I would sug gest you instead of taking supplements for gaining muscles, go for natural good protein sources in your diet.

Yes you can take it daily. As vit b is water soluble it doesn't have any side effects. Extra b is excreted through urine (hence it has more yellow colour)

Actually if your diet is providing enough calories and proteins,there is no need for supplement unless you are into a rigorous workout. Side effects do happen if taken without precautions and supervision.

Thanks for the query.
Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism.
It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important.
Eat meals at frequent intervals. You have to eat at least 6 calorie dense meals a day.
Eat a mid meal between each main meal.
Avoid junk foods.
Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals.
