I have seen the details mentioned. Please understand hashimoto's thyroiditis (ht) is an autoimmune phenomenon, that causes hypothyroidism. There is no medication to cure or remove it. That depends on how much is your rbc and hemoglobin level.

Unfortunately, we don't get vitamin d from food, unless it's fortified with it. If you have exposure to the sun during the morning hours and are reasonably active, your levels may be sufficient. However, since vitamin d absorption needs direct exposure of skin to sunlight (overexposure runs risk of skin cancer), many individuals are deficinent.
