Why you need selenium. please eat sufficient fruits of different varieties and raw frsh veg as much as you can. Our body is capable to produce any vit and minerals need for us if we do not disturb it's process, so no need external vit or minerals.

Consume, milk,kale, yogurt, Broccoli, watercress Cheese, Okra,cherries,  amla,  almonds & green veggies. Tk vit 'D'-fortified milk products, mushrooms, fish, eggs to absorb vit 'C'

Yes you need to take supplements. Vit D tablets are available in market, take 1 pill once a week for 3 months, check for the levels again and that test will decide if you need to continue with the pills or not.

No. Giving sachet without indication leads to side effects. Its indicated only in vitamin d3 deficiency. Its is not multivitamin for growth. So advise to consult then give. If your child is eating balanced diet, and hight/weight in normal range then no need to give multivitamins either. Let them play, work in sulight (natural source of vit d3)
