Vitamin b12 maximum sources in non veg food, but curd is fare source of vit b12.
Also by the help of medication you can balance after that regular diet should be take balance diet. So will never return to any deficiency.

- Your vit b12 level is low so you will require supplements in addition to a b12 rich diet
- have more of non veg, eggs, milk & milk products like yogurt, cheese, fortified cereals, soya milk
- supplement can be oral or injectible

You should take early morning sun exposure.
Take milk and milk products.
Also green veges and seasonal fruit.
