Usually if one is taking good food (balanced diet), there is hardly any need for supplements. But if you are feeling good with those may continue with. All these three vitamins are fat soluble and get stored in the body, hence taking excess is not advisable. Where as bcomplex group and vitamin c are water soluble supplementing them regularly is unlikely to cause any difficulty. So you might take vit a, d & e for a few days and stop and then take again if required.

1. Any vitamin should be taken only on doctor's advice 2. Supplements should be for a specific period only, check the exact period from the doctor 3. Supplements should not be taken endlessly 4. Excess of any Vitamins or minerals can cause health problems 5. Nutrients found in natural foods is the best source, everything else is priority two. Hope that clears your query.
