I have been tested for hbs ag and I was found positive in that. Then I was tested for "hbv load" and my detection level is "1.3×10^3 iu/ml" so my doctor said that it is less and you don't require any medication and told me to be tested in every 6 months. I want to know that whether my infection is "acute" or "chronic" l? Are there any chances of decreasing this load?

Good evening sir I recently meet a dentist and starting a 1 years treatment of braces. After 3 weeks installation of braces I feel a swollen lymph node on my armpit (axillary) I deeply worried about hiv transmission through dentist accessories I concern about. Drilling burs (tooth/hard tissue cutter) used by dentist is not sterilized even I font know I assume if the burs is not sterilized then the hiv transmission possible. I am deeply concerned about swollen lymph nodes in my armpit please answer sir.

Do not assume to exclude go for hiv combo test. If still swollen lymphnode go for cbc esr and fnac lymphnode.

My mother is 50 years old and was diagnosed with hepatitis e the last year. She was prescribed hepa merz by her doctor. Thankfully her symptoms were relieved. But now again for the past month she is facing severe joint and leg pain. She took hepa merz and it relieved her pain. But today, she is facing severe pain in legs and she took 2 doses of hepa merz today but still facing pain. Please help.

you will need to take some anti inflammatory for pain

Hi docs please answer. My friend jesse 19 years old had sex with her boyfriend and was pregnant twice in a year without protection and she aborted twice taking pills. Later they broke up their relationship and now my friend she's committed to another guy. And she had sex with that guy also without protection and she's not pregnant and that was shocking. So is there any seriousness here? Shud we take any tests like consulting gynecologist or take hiv test.

I am 25 years old and i'm a female. I was diagnosed with staphylococcus infection with moderate growth of the bacteria in culture. I was given rocephin for 3 days and was give amoxicillin clavunate and an inserter. I was also diagnosed with hit prolactin level of 19 and high progesterone 30. I was given bromocriptine dose for 30 days. Its the fifth day of using it but I can still see the breast milk. And I feel slight headache and blocked nostrils at evenings since I started the bromocriptine and also a lump on my right breast. My menstruation has been irregular and i'm still expecting this month menstruation which i'm supposed to have seen since 22nd. Pls what can I do. I have spent so much.
