The more comfortable you are on the two-wheeler, the less fear you will have. Drive in varying conditions when there is little to no traffic to get used to driving in poor weather.

I don't think himalaya mentat will help to a great extent in such situation. I understand that it causes great distress when se love is not reciprocated by your loved one. But, repetitive thinking about past is mainly due to unresolved questions .like .eg: am I not worthy of her? Am I not good enough? Why she din't like me.
