I would suggest you to get a digital bp apparatus and chart your bp at least twice daily and it will help to determine a pattern of your bp. In addition there is a possibility of electrolyte disbalances, dietary pattern disturbances or inner ear infections - which can give rise to similar symptoms. You can take up an online private consult with me for detailed advice on necessary te...more

Did she faint or just fell down. If she faint then do consult neurologist asap. If only fell down - get your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Do...more

Dear lybrate-user, firstly just relax. You have high blood pressure which may be the only reason for your vertigo and headache, so that you should consult a general physician sooner the better. You also need a thorough vestibular (balance) assessment for vertigo. To my mind you are trying to explain that there is fullness in your head and it could be due to balance organ or head itself (central nervous system. Please therefore my advise is to also consult a ent specialist as soon as possible.

Dear user this can be vertigo due to some issues in the ear. My suggestions would be to get her checked by an ent specialist. I hope it will solve your issue. Thank you.
