By thyroid you are talking about hypothyroidism, which is due to deficiency of thyroxine hormone, hence it has to be replaced on daily basis by taking thyroxine tablets. There is no other treatment. As regards fruits and vegetables there is no restriction on eating any of these or no special is recommended.
