U must create demand in your body by commitment of exercise.
Then every food eggs, dairy products, seeds of jack fruit, coconut, light diet at night/dinner and heavy breakfast is key to boost muscle mass.
Can you be on v call or p consult. So I can track out by your not putting on is there any thyroid issue or something else.

Consume vit d rich food eg fish, codliver oil, meat liver, egg yolk, mushrooms, cheese.
Daily exposure to the sunlight for 30 min is essential.
If severe deficiency, u may need vit d suppliments .hope this helps u.

No, you should take only fresh veg or fruit juice if you will take after a day, possibility of bacterial growth will be increase. Make a veg juice and try to consume within 10 minute.
