All fruits and vegetables are good as each has some or the other nutrient in ample amount. Which ever is available locally would be a good idea to start with.

Also, garlic and onion contain allicin, which helps increase blood flow. Similarly, dark chocolates contain flavanoids which increase blood flow

Dear lybrate-user,
Coconut water is considered very good for Kidney function. Other fruits that will help: black grapes (sweet); pomegranate, melons, banana, oranges. The idea is to take a different fruit each day and not a mixture. Refrain from eating to hot or too cold foods. Stop consuming packaged, preserved, canned, stale and refrigerated foods.
Regards.

Hello Sir,

I would advise if can substitute atleast one meal with chapatis/roti/phulka etc instead of consuming rice both the times. You can even take millets like Ragi, bajra, oats , quinoa etc. Use whole grains. These all release glucose in your blood slowly rather than the quick release of glucose seen as with white rice. If you unable to change your dietary habits away from rice, try if you can take brown rice/red rice/wild rice instead of white rice.
Take plenty of vegetables,...more
