Hello-
its tubectomy and not vasectomy. It might be possible that the surgery is resulting into early menopause. Do consult a good ayurveda doctor for help.

Hello-
as a person ages, the scrotum loses elasticity, and the skin starts to sag. Certain medical conditions can also cause the skin to appear saggy/loose.
Other times, sagging testicles may be the result of an underlying issue, such as a varicocele. A varicocele occurs when a vein near the testicles swells up. This swelling can cause an increased blood flow to the testicles, which heats them. The body then responds by dropping the testicles lower to prevent them from getting too hot.

Hello-
you'll be able to have protected sex after the surgical site heals. This typically takes one or two weeks after the procedure. You'll be able to have unprotected sex after a semen analysis shows that there isn't any sperm left in your semen. This is usually around 3 months after the procedure.

Hello Mr Shekhar, it is unlikely that any medication would help you, as there are good chances of the reversal failure, so even if your testicles ARE producing sperms, they wont be able to pass into your semen, I suggest assisted reproductive techniques, if you are planning for a baby.
