Lack of sleep will make you your body to become tired and the joints will not have enough nourishment ie. Oxygen which will make your joints to become stiff which might be the reason for you to have pain in the finger joints and shoulders. You can do bath in a bath tub which will make you to become relaxed, or take hot water shower and do some massage to biceps and which will help you to get relaxed and which will help you to have sound sleep and you will definitely come out of the soreness.

Hi, there are few centres where they work up refractory epilepsy cases. They basically do mri scans, video eegs and other tests to confirm the location of spread. It may be curable with a surgery life long if maximum dose of medications is not helping you.

Valprol cr is a teratogenic medicine which can have adverse effects on fetus in 6-15% of cases.
In ideal situations, you should have consulted your neurologist before planning pregnancy to start you on a safer alternative.
I hope you have been taking folic acid supplements throughout your pregnancy. It has some protective effects on teratogenicity.
