In some cases it's painful in the initial days. You can visit a gynaecologist who can help you after examining you. Follow it up regularly with the doctor who will guide you and also help overcome the anxiety and fear which may trigger the symptoms. You can also try homeopathy along with that later on.

its not vaginismus. Virgin vagina is always tight, and if the male partner is also virgin, it might create anxiety issues during insertion which can lead to the current scenario. You are having what is called dyspareunia. I am not sure if homeopathy is an answer for you, as according to your history you might be having a narrow vaginal opening which might need surgical correcttion, or vaginal infection or lack of lubrication. There is a specific treatment of all of the above.
