Follow healthy diet and regular physical activity. It should include cardio exercises. Have kabuli chana, buckwheat , sprouts at least twice a week. Avoid refined foods, simple sugars. Can have fruits .These food will enhance your uterus health.Make sure you get periods regularly. As of now you are doing good.Be positive and keep your stress levels low.Thank you.
