Uterine Fibroids Surgery Questions

Asked for female, 48 years old from Hyderabad

My mri report shows 2 subserosa fibroids below 4 cms (both) are benign. What r the causes of fibroids and any medication for them not to grow further to avoid surgery in future? Upto which size are they harmless. No symptoms of discomfort like excess bleeding etc. Periods r regular. Do they shrink for me after menopause?

I am a 27-year-old unmarried female diagnosed with a pedunculated subserosa fibroid of size 66x59x47 mm. I have already taken fibroease for 6 months but the size did not reduce. Should I opt for surgery or leave it untreated? Are there any natural remedies I can try to reduce the fibroid size or prevent it from growing?

I am 38 years old and suffering from bulky uterus sized ap diameter 99 mm and shows multiple fibroids sized 5×4.5,2.4×2.1,4.8×4.3 and 4.2×3.9 cms and my haemoglobin level is 10. Is it possible for me to go for laparoscopic surgery at these size of uterus and fibroids please answer? Please response quickly.

Just presence of fibroid does not mean need for surgery.
Examining Gynecologist will confirm depending on sites of fibroids and other complaints whether you need surgery or not.
If surgery is advised yes, can be done with Laproscopy

My friend is 43 years old, she is suffering from uterus fibroid, one is 10.1 , 10.1 and second is 4.1 , 4.1 cm. She does not want surgery. Is there any alt. Medicine option to treat fibroid in ayurveda or homeopathy. If yes pls tell. She has very less iron store and is anemic and less energetic.

There is treatment for fibroid in homoeopathy but complete cure depends upon how early you start treatment. As the size increases chances of successful treatment decreases. Fibroid is quite big, but there is hope, treatment will be long.

3 month post pregnant lady delivered on Oct 2017, now scanned and found 8 cm posterior wall uterine fibroid, Is that dangerous! Need to take urgent surgery! Expecting another baby in future. Go for surgery when it creates problem. It can be removed laparoscopically. Where is the fibroid exactly located. If it located down sometimes we might need to do open surgery.

I am 37 years old and suffering from multiple fibroids and adenomyosis. My hemoglobin is 9.8 and been suggested for laparoscopic surgery (hysterectomy). At what level will my hemoglobin will reduce after surgery? I am suggested not to take any blood units at this situation.
