Just presence of fibroid does not mean need for surgery.
Examining Gynecologist will confirm depending on sites of fibroids and other complaints whether you need surgery or not.
If surgery is advised yes, can be done with Laproscopy

There is treatment for fibroid in homoeopathy but complete cure depends upon how early you start treatment. As the size increases chances of successful treatment decreases. Fibroid is quite big, but there is hope, treatment will be long.

I think you should not go for surgery now, take some iron rich foods so that your hb level increased, then you can think of it, I will advise you to go for proper homeopathic treatment atlst for 6 months, and observe what kind of changes your having at this period of time,
