The chances of cancer in fibroid is very less. However if you have a large fibroid it can become larger and start causing symptoms such as pain or heavy bleeding. You have two options: 1. If you have no symptoms you can follow up with serial ultrasound every 6 months. If fibroid continue to grow you can remove it. 2, or you can remove fibroid or if you have finished your childbearing you can remove uterus. Both these surgeries can be done by laparoscopy.

Fibroids are benign tumours, very rarely fibroids are cancerous ,1 in 1000 pt with fibroid will develop cancerous changes in fibroid.
But with such large fibroids you should undergo hysterectomy ,as such large fibroids will cause pressure symptoms.

I think before going to have surgery you should go for proper homeopathic treatment atlst for 6 months, in that six months you could find what changes you have, generally fibroids are curable by proper homeopathic treatment, at this level of hb you should not go for surgery, rather take some food that have rich in iron which can increase your level and then you can think of it, but remember you should have some health hazards after hyterectomy,

There r few medicines available but fibroids being multiple and being too big in your case, you shud under go surgery without wasting too much of time. Now a days key hole surgery (laparoscopy) is very advanced. You can undergo surgery without scar on your abdomen.

Removal of womb is advisable if she is not keen to preserve.
If she wants to preserve surgeon can try to at time of surgery but if not possible will remove.
Second opinion is always by meeting another gynecologist who can personally take history, examine and see all reports.

Fibroids can recur. Therefore if causing symptoms again like painful or heavy periods or pressure symptoms further surgery may be needed.
