See, there is definitely a possibility that the stone of 1.1 by 0.4 (elongated shape) will get expelled from you body spontaneously with the help of medicines. Take plenty of water along with medicines. The question is how long you can wait for it.in my opinion, it shouldn't be more that a month. Because, the stone will be exerting back pressure changes.
