You have a stone stuck in your ureter which is giving you pain as it passes down. You can try drinking 3-4 litres of water and liquids like coconut water or barley water and hope that it passes down in urine. If pain persists after 2 days. Pls see a urologist and repeat the scan. It may need to be removed with a small procedure.

The Ureteric stones Of less than 7 mm, moving down are likely to pass. Adequate quantity of water intake is the key to success. For the stones which are larger, one which don't progressively descent may need intervention to avoid progressive backpressure on the kidneys.

The stone in the ureter causes severe pain when body tries to push it down by vigorous peristalsis in the ureter. That is called as ureteric colick.
