Typically, your doctor will describe your child's hydronephrosis as mild, moderate or severe. Sometimes hydronephrosis is given a grade of 1, 2, 3 or 4, with 1 representing very minimal dilation and 4 representing severe dilation. Hydronephrosis may be present in one kidney (unilateral) or both kidneys (bilateral).

If the stone is more than 7-8 mm and causing hydronephrosis then you should get it removed by a urologist. IVP will give a better picture.

yes Homeopathic treatment is extremely effective in flushing out kidney stones. ...Homeopathy not only helps to flush out the stones but also alleviates the pain. medicines also prevent the recurrence of kidney stones,
Avoid stone-forming foods: Beets, chocolate, spinach, rhubarb, tea, and most nuts are rich in oxalate, and colas are rich in phosphate, both of which can contribute to kidney stones.
you can consult me online for treatment and guidance..no side effects..
