U have not mentioned how much ur weight increased n in how much time. Get ur thyroid profile, CBC, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab. In the meanwhile Follow this

sorry about your frozen shoulder, I can understand how it feels when the movement is blocked.
But not to worry, I will suggest you two things which helps reduce your pain and improve mobility.
1. Apply any diclifenac ointment and cover it for 10-15 mins and then clean it with warm water following hot water fermentation
