Hi at your age peptic ulcer ds is less common, unless you have h.pylori gastritis. As you are using nestrn mf, which makes you more prone for h.pylori infection. I suggest you undergo test to rule out h.pylori infection. If present you need eradication treatment for 14 days. Hope this helps. Thank u.

Mitral valve prolapse is a common cause of a heart murmur caused by a "leaky" heart valve. Most cases of mitral valve prolapse are not serious and only need to be monitored. Mitral valve prolapse is associated with many other symptoms and conditions.
