Hello doctor, I noticed that my testicles are not in place where they should be. The left one is okay but the right one is moving upwards. I am confused if it is a dislocation or is it normal?

Hello-
if you don't experience any kind of pain or discomfort then it is absolutely normal. The movement of your right testicle is due to contraction of the cremaster muscle, which retracts the testicle up from the scrotum. This muscle can sometimes be over active and can give rise to discomfort in the testicle and groin during sexual arousal and ejaculation.

My right testicle is bigger than left testicle and sometime left testicle hangs little lower than right testicle and sometimes right hangs little lower. Is it normal or I abnormal. And how to check sperm and semen quality and count.

I'm 22 years old male. So a month ago I went to the doctor to check my testicles the left one was hanging up then the other one. So he checked them and explained to me it was all good. And the one hanging up is a bit bigger then the lower one and he said that's normal too. But there was something I know it's there but never actually paid attention to ask and it was the one testicle hanging up. The outside skin of it is wrinkly while the lower is normal skin is this a problem? It doesn't hurting me btw it's just the skin is a bit winkles.

Hello-
Swollen testicles or swelling of the scrotum can result from testicular torsion, a medical emergency. Inflammation of the testicle (orchitis) or epididymis due to any cause can also lead to testicular swelling. Other causes include anatomical abnormalities, infections, hernia, and tumors.

It is entirely normal for one testicle to be bigger than the other. Many people find that the right testicle is slightly larger and the left hangs lower.

A difference in size is usually nothing to worry about, though it can occasionally indicate a problem. If a testicle is painful or changes shape, a person should see their doctor as soon as possible.

I am male 40 years old. I have undescended testicle from my birth which is situated in my right side groin area that I can touch & feel some time I feel this near my testicle bag. Until now I have not any issue except low sperm count. But from since last 6 month I feel mild pain in my groin area if I wear tight pant or brief. If I don't wear briefs or tight pant I don't feel any pain. But since last 2 days I am feeling some type of burning sensation in the area where my undescended testicles used to stay. Please suggest what to do? I am planing to go for ivf in near future should I wait until then or I operate as soon as possible. Please let me know the cost of this surgery.

I have an issue with my testicles. The right one feels bigger in size and feel like something is filled up inside. It can also feel veins size bigger. Feel pain when touched and also have pain at times while doing sex. When same I compared with left, I felt no pain but it is smaller in size. After urination, it feels like it's not complete. And I guess because of this, I am not able to do sex with my partner normally. I take viagra tablet for doing sex. Without viagra, I do not get an erection with my partner. I am not sure what the problem is and how to get over it.
