Hello-
a mild swollen testicle after an injury is common and often goes away after a few days. However, large, or sudden swelling should be immediately treated, as it may point to a more serious underlying condition.

Hello-
It is entirely normal for one testicle to be bigger than the other. Many people find that the right testicle is slightly larger and the left hangs lower. A difference in size is usually nothing to worry about, though it can occasionally indicate a problem.

Hello-
it's normal for guys to have one testicle a bit bigger than the other. A normal size difference is about the size of half a teaspoon —and usually the right testicle is larger than the left. In your case it sounds like something is going on and you need to see a doctor.

It's absolutely normal. Is there any pain. Is size changing. Or is the increase in size recently. If no then relax. Nothing to worry.
