Since tsh levels are too high dose of thyronorm is very low. Repeat test should be done after one month. You have not mentioned about actual present complaints.in view of high tsh levels you should consult a consulting physician - internal medicine or better still an endocrinologist for some other tests like antibody study and monitor periodically under their supervision.

You should monitor your level of tsh to adjust the dosage of levothyroxine every 3 months under the supervision and instructions of your own doctor. Once already under treatment for thyroid you should consult a physician internal medicine md to explore the problem of throat itching and breathlessness. If nothing significant is found, the complaints are likely due to anxiety for which mind relaxing techniques and some help of physician is necessary.

Hello, thanks for the query. Yes you can donate the blood, but please check your hemoglobin level before donating. It is also good if your hypothyroidism in good control with t3 & t4 as well as tsh with in normal range. Thanks.
