well balanced diet. Eat 6-8 meals a day. Have carbohydrate and protein rich food combinations like

You can try this -
1. 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). Or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories.

Hi, Start giving well cooked vegetables slightly mashed with a masher to start with. Even if they eat less its fine and even if they vomit initially its fine just give them more liquids like Milk,Curd, Soup and juices during this phase if they vomit. Slowly and gradually with hunger they will get use to it and then slowly start grating vegetables, then finely chopping and then to the main stream. All the best!!

you should go for brisk walk in the morning. do regular exercise.
take 1 glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning.
take salad before meals.
drink warm water throughout OF the day.
avoid junk food and processed foods.
