I will recommend you to follow a healthy balanced diet. You need to inculcate locally grown vegetables and fruits in your daily diet.
Dal 2 katori per day.
6 cereal serving to be included in daily diet. Eg. 6 chapatis per day.
Milk and milk products 500 ml per day.
Soaked almond 5 to 10 per day and 5 soaked raisins in daily diet.
2 seasonal fruit per day.
Desighee and mustard oil or other cold-pressed oil not more than 5 servings per day.
