Asked for male, 24 years old from Dehradun

My age is 24. Height 6 ft. Weight 76 kg. I had habit of masturbating 5 times daily since 5 years upto the age of 24. I used to masturbate by rubbing my penis against bed for hours. My testis ultrasound it show right testis measures 2.5 cm * 1.5 cm and left measures 2.4 cm * 1.5 cm. My question is that with this testicle size and the semen which I lost in huge quantity in past, will I be able to marry in future and bear children if I marry at the age of 30, giving some time to body to heal. Can I bear children and marry then?

Masturbation is not bad but excess is always bad. It will not affect your sexual life. Hence don't worry about this. You can enjoy the married life very safely. Concentrate your mind on some creative work. Do regular yoga and exercise.

As I used to masturbate by rubbing penis against bed, I never observe my testis and penis size. I always use to enjoy .but now I noticed that I do not have beard. In my family every male member have full beard, even my younger brother. I have moustache and chin beard since the age of 19 but very light facial hair on some part of face. So I read on net that excessive masturbation causes low testosterone which are required for beard growth. So I also had my free testosterone test it came 2.73 (reference range is 3 to 10) .and total testosterone 21. 3pg/ml. (9 to 30 reference). .and I also noticed that my testicle became too small and penis size is 4 inch only. So I went to urologist he had my testis ultrasound it show right testis measures 2.5 cm * 1.5 cm and left measures 2.4 cm * 1.5 cm. My question is that with this testicle size and the semen which I lost in huge quantity in past, will I be able to marry in future and bear children?

Do your semen Analysis first. If everything is normal in semen analysis then you can bear child.

Hello, Late conception is possible and foetal heart beat arrives by 6-8 weeks from lap. So get a repeat USG after 2 weeks to check for heart beat.

Usually between 11 and 14 weeks blood test and scan will be done to rule out Down syndrome in the baby. It is a genetic test which is done routinely nowadays irrespective of the family history or not. Please contact your doctor and get it scheduled.

Hi Doctors, My wife is having gastric problem since last 3-4 years. Recently she got an acute stomach ache so we consulted a gastroenterologist and he has done endoscopic and confirmed that there is very small and little ulcer shown in stomach. Also he asked us to do ultrasound. In ultrasound it is confirmed that she has gall stones. Which needs to be operated. She has a major issue of gastric. Her stomach gets bloated often along with gas and brain fog and loose motion and sometime vomiting and giddiness. She feels hungry again in few mins after having food and once she takes 2 bites her tummy will be full and bloated. Kindly advice on this. She is suffering alot with this problem. Also wanted to let you know that she has delivered a baby in april 2016.

My wife is 30 years old.In January 2016 she had her left Ovarian cyst laparoscopic surgery. After that she has been asked to take birth control pill for 6 months n advised for regular check up. But recently she had irregular mensuration cycle and consulted with Dr. Gynaecologist. Ultrasound report showed appearance of cyst in left Ovary. Sir was prescribed to take Ovilow pills for 21 days in 3rd day of MC n Azithromycin table for 14 days and she was asked to consult after next MC. Her MC started on 12th May 2016 n she took medicine on 14th May 2016 to 3rd June 2016. Her next MC started on 6th June to 8th June 2016. She consulted with Dr. n done ultrasound. Ultrasound report showed nothing. Cyst disappeared n normal. Now she was prescribed to take Cozim Q forte capsule for 30 days, Carpela for 21 days n Levoser500 mg for 12 days. My question is there any chances of developing cancer? What kind of diet and medicine to be taken to get rid of Ovarian cyst? Is there any chances of developing cyst again? please suggest.

Hi, I am 24 years old and got married 6 months ago. I am having pcod problem. My last period was on 6th april. I went to gynaecologist on 24th May and through pregnancy test kit it had shown positive result. She did transvaginal ultrasound but there was nothing visible in it. She asked for follow up scan after 15 days. I am getting pain in my lower abdomen sometimes. When would be fetus or sac visible in ultrasound? I am really very worried about it as it is my first pregnancy. What I should do now? Should I go for ultrasound now or should I wait until 15 days?

If you are keen on pregnancy then why to hurry. Wait. In pcos sometimes late ovulation also happens. Go and get sonography after 15 days as already being advicef.

I was heaving an irregular periods from this Feb. Gyn has checked and advice me that I need to go to ultrasound. In ultrasound the endometrium thickness was 15.5. Doctor advice me to take Sysron for 21 days. In April the period came fine for 4 days and again doctor advised Sysron for 21 days now I got my period on time but bleeding only happen for 2 days in 2 day night it stops and in 3 day afternoon it again started low but not as regular period. I have done the ultrasound and the endometrium thickness us 6.5. Pls advice why I am not having regular period flow.
