It depends upon how severe the disease is. Mind disease can be treated naturally but severe disease requires lot of medicine. Use of turmeric is beneficial.

Hello sir, An ulcer in the upper (small) intestine is a raw place or sore in the lining of the part of the intestine that connects to your stomach, yes apc is a successful procedure. No, ulcer syndrome and ulcerative colitis is not same.

Irritable bowel syndrome happens when muscle in your bowel does not squeeze normally, which affects movement of your stool.
So first of all please understand don't take stress as it will make your symptoms worse.
And
1 Don't smoke
2 Add fiber in your diet fruit, vegetables, nuts
3 Avoid caffeine totally
4 Drink atleast 1L of water in whole day
5 Do exercise and meditation to de-stress yourself

You should take more fibers.. Take more boiled and raw vegetables. (no tubers) And fruits... VIT D and ulcerative colitis.. Doubtful association... Any way good VIT D sources are oils... SO taking more oil create it's own problems... You can try uprise D 3 60k once a week.. For 2 months.. (8caps)
