Your middle ear need to be examined by an ENT and it is unbelievable that a teacher can beat you this way and you may complain to authorities. You may need surgery called tympanoplasty.

If there are adhesions or tympanosclerosis then remove disease but if inner ear loss hust do tympanoplasty and wait, tinnitus may go.

I think you are having perforated ear drum. Treatment depends on how big is the tear. If its small<20%, there is a chance it will heal by itself, if you take proper precautions. But if the tear/perforation is bigger, you will require repair of ear drum (tympanoplasty).

That means you r having ear drum perforation and infection in middle ear. You will require surgery (myringo or tympanoplasty) but only when ear is dry after taking medications. Get a latest audiometry (hearing test) done and review with report.

This operation is done when there is csom i. E chronic suppurative otitis media in which there occurs perforation in the ear drum along with that there can be damage to ear ossicles (bone) that usually acts as a sound transmitter. In tympanoplasty reconstruction of ear ossicles or ear drum is done to maintain that sound conduction pathway again.
